How can I place an order?
For most products:
- Select your colour, size, or variation on the product page
- Click the Personalise Design button to open the design editor
- Add your text, images or custom details directly in the editor.
- Preview your design in real time to make sure everything looks right.
- Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
For some select products:
Some items don't use the design editor. On these products, you can enter your name or custom text directly on the product page, and it will update live on the preview.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, we can only cancel or change an order very shortly after it’s placed. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.
Can I return or exchange personalised items?
Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer errors (such as typos, wrong design choices, or incorrect photos).
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We’ll review the issue and, if valid, your order will be replaced or refunded.
Can I see a sample before I order a large quantity?
Absolutely! We can provide a personalised sample, just contact us for pricing. This covers artwork and production. Get in touch with us to arrange one.
Can I change the design or artwork on a product?
Absolutely! Whether you'd like to customise one of our existing templates or upload your own design, we're more than happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. Just get in touch with us beforehand to chat through the details.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We work with a network of trusted production and fulfilment partners, which means your order may be made and shipped from the location closest to you. This helps reduce delivery times and keeps shipping costs fair.
Australia:
All Australian orders include tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order is on the way.
- Standard: Calculated at checkout.
- Express: Calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping: For Australian orders over $150
International:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include tracking where available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International orders may ship from the fulfillment location closest to the destination to help reduce delivery times.
Will my order come with tracking?
Most orders include tracking, and you'll receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: tracking availability can differ by country and courier, so some international orders may offer limited or partial tracking depending on local postal services.
Will I need to pay customs or import tax?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on the laws in your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does production take?
Production times vary by product, but most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note, this may be extended slightly during public holidays or peak periods.
Can I pick up my order?
We’re currently an online-only store, so all orders are delivered via tracked shipping.
Personalisation & Artwork
Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes! Whether it’s a business logo, handwritten note, or personal artwork, we’re happy to use your own file. Upload while ordering or email us after placing your order.
I want something completely custom. Can you do that?
Yes! Whether it’s a design idea, colour change, or a one-of-a-kind gift, we love creating custom orders. Reach out and we’ll work with you to bring your idea to life.
